Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Letter Size Explanation

These labels have been standardized to look good and work well on the Container Store’s White Plastic Storage Bins (medium & large bins — not bin clips). We have chosen to not squish or expand lettering in order to provide a more consistent look. The height of the lettering will be between 1.1 and 1.4 inches depending on whether a letter hangs below the baseline or not. The width of each letter will be the same for each letter, but a lowercase “l” will take much less width than an “m” does.

All of the labels we now produce have been standardized, and you will be able to easily get the same size lettering in the future from us. If you had your bins labeled by Neat Freak McKinney prior to March 2020, we did not have standardized label sizes, and we are unable to accurately match previous lettering.
